What are the occupational formation courses?

In this sense, the occupational formation facilitates the theoretical and practical, concrete and necessary knowledge for the development of a certain work place. Their importance is to prepare the adaptation of the workers for the current occupations, since every day it is required, personal more qualified, able to give answer to the new competitive challenges, and overalls, susceptible of being able to respond to the new productive challenges and of administration.

This permanent dynamism in the labor market demands a model of occupational formation that, contrary to the ruled teaching, be characterized by the flexibility to solve the formative necessities of the companies ­ flexibility of time, place and content. The Catalan pattern of occupational formation picks up these precisions and it establishes some operation rules that imply, the active participation of all the parts: the Departament of Treball, the collaborating center and the companies.
