Pastas to use: refractory and resistant to the thermal crash.
Realization of pieces for the different cooking forms.
Theory of ceramic enamels and preparation of enamels for the Rakú.
Experimentation in different cooking ways: neolithic cooking, Iberian oven, rakú; construction and cooking of the paper oven.
